New Customer Direct Mail Packages
With over 2,400 branches in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, CitiFinancial is the consumer lending division of the Citigroup family of financial services. One of the greatest hurdles facing the consumer lending industry is developing effective product offerings and creative tools that break through the clutter and meet consumers’ needs.
In an effort to strengthen its customer retention efforts, CitiFinancial expressed the need for refreshing its customer loan renewal offers to reach those non-responsive customers who receive offer upon offer but do not take action. Planit was tasked with developing customer retention direct mail with new elements that are more effective in attracting and retaining CitiFinancial’s customer base.
Planit developed a DM strategy that enabled CitiFinancial to speak on-on-one with its customers. We developed compelling creative that reinforced the benefits of a CitiFinancial relationship. The messaging was crafted to assure customers that Citi continues to understand their goals, educate them on the latest financial tools, and support them for their future needs.
