Planit Kicks Off New Year with New Hire

–Annie Truax Joins Planit Team as Associate Account Executive–

Baltimore, Md. (February 1, 2011) – Planit, a Baltimore-based marketing communications agency, today announces it has hired Annie Truax as associate account executive. Truax will assist with day-to-day account service activities for clients including Under Armour, Yarden, Radcliffe Jewelers, and Miles & Stockbridge, among others.

Prior to joining Planit, Truax was an assistant planner at Initiative Media, a marketing firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her responsibilities mainly resided with the Home Depot account and included client services, managing relationships with media representatives, and developing competitive reports and monitoring tracking services. Before her assistant planner position, she was an account management intern on the Gap account at Laird+Partners in New York City. Truax graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
