Planit’s Traffic Coordinators are deep in the trenches of our fast-paced creative department—navigating deadlines and personalities to ensure projects are seen by the right people before client delivery. They are motivated self-starters who can adjust to changing priorities and juggle multiple tasks at any given time. A successful candidate can evaluate situations and see the “big picture” without losing sight of the immediate need or task management to ensure the integrity of the work and an efficient internal workflow. Communication and attention to detail are the foundations for this operational role.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Working with creative, technical, strategic and account departments to ensure project success
  • Raise red flags and never compromise the quality standards established by the agency
  • Collaborating with team members to create and establish realistic timelines for internal and external deliverables
  • Monitor project status from start to finish and work with project managers to guarantee that all critical team members are included in specific milestones

TASKS

  • Maintaining a comprehensive project status document
  • Support Director of Creative Operations and traffic on specified projects
  • Participate in regular status meetings
  • Trafficking digital display campaigns through our third-party platform
  • Releasing traditional files to third-party vendors
  • Routing projects to the appropriate team members and ensuring internal approvals

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1-2 years of experience managing projects, timelines or assisting in organizational process within an agency or an in-house creative department
  • Creative problem solver with a positive attitude and desire to proactively seek information
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Collaborative and adaptable to work with various personalities and teams
  • Comfortable tracking the lifecycle of multiple projects that span digital and traditional channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible with changing priorities, timelines and/or deliverables
  • Familiarity with digital ad serving platforms, content management systems and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
