Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage multiple projects, of varying complexities, concurrently
  • Map out project plans to establish both internal and external expectations and continue to manage said expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead and/or participate in requirements definition, solution analysis, application development documentation, information architecture, wireframing, design, implementation, and quality assurance testing
  • Plan, manage, and report project status, budget, and milestone achievements for all phases of a project
  • Attend, participate, and at times, lead necessary internal meetings, including team statuses
  • Ability to navigate changing priorities while keeping the end project goal in mind
  • Ensure project status, decision points, challenges, and successes are documented and communicated to the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, and management
  • Assist the appropriate resources to put together project estimates
  • Train and manage client deliverables in content management systems and collaboration tools

Required Skills:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience managing projects, budgets, and timelines within an agency or an in-house creative department
  • Be able to plan projects with day-to-day and long-term future phases in mind
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Have a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to carefully evaluate situations and make educated decisions with supporting evidence
  • Strong understanding of the creative process
  • Collaborative attitude and team mentality
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, including experience presenting to varying audiences
  • Experience working with various CMS platforms including but not limited to WordPress, concrete5, and Drupal
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms such as Magento or Shopify is a plus
  • Experience with both traditional and digital projects preferred
