Planit, an integrated brand communications agency overlooking Baltimore's Inner Harbor, is looking for an Interactive Project Manager to join our talented interactive department.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a project manager for the Interactive group
• Lead/participate in requirements definition, solution analysis, application development documentation, information architecture, wireframing, design, implementation, and quality assurance testing
• Act as single point of contact for key clients; manage expectations across project lifecycle
• Manage internal team resources and external vendors throughout all stages of project development
• Plan, manage and report project status, budget, and milestone achievements for all phases of a project
• Work closely with various groups of different disciplines to assure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Creative and technically savvy
• Prior experience managing interactive web and application development processes 
• Incredible attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, etc.
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Excellent time management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Ability to work within a team environment across various agency groups: interactive, creative and account services
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of HTML and Flash a huge plus
• Familiarity with .NET and .PHP application development also a plus, but not a requirement

This is a full-time, salaried position–with full benefits as described above.
